Review the offer before payment
Use the logged-in game at lagoslife.app, choose the offered pack and read its checkout total, currency, credited game units and available payment method. Pack menus in October videos are historical and do not establish today’s offers. An optional payment is not required just to interpret your wallet or play ordinary earning activities.
The public wallet component checked on 16 October lists these offers. Treat them as that component’s displayed definitions; the live checkout must confirm availability and the final charge.

The currency toggle changes the offer currency; this table is not a currency-exchange service or a guaranteed provider total. The component also has an explicitly labelled demo response for an unconfigured checkout. A Demo top-up message is not evidence of a real charge or purchase receipt.
The current Terms identify Flutterwave for payment processing and separately describe older processing arrangements. Follow the checkout reached through the game, rather than a bank number or payment link sent by a stranger. A top-up buys the stated digital entitlement; it does not buy a right to redeem Game Naira for cash.
Complete and check the transaction
- Confirm the intended game account and read the selected pack’s real total and game-unit credit. Stop if either is missing or differs from what you intended.
- Choose one of the payment methods actually offered by that checkout and follow its instructions. Keep the payment reference and provider receipt privately.
- Return to the same game account. The official payment-return messages distinguish cancellation from a verified payment received state and describe the credited amount being added to the wallet.
- Compare the wallet credit and transaction record with the receipt. A provider debit alone is not proof the game delivered the entitlement; a cancelled checkout is not a successful top-up.
These are official instructions and confirmation meanings, not a purchase performed by this guide. No pack was bought, no provider payment was submitted and no delivery time was measured. Use the actual service result instead of expecting a guaranteed number of seconds.
Paid but not credited
Check that you returned to the right account and distinguish cancelled, pending/unconfirmed, payment received and a changed wallet. Preserve the checkout/payment reference, real amount, time, pack and account username. Do not send passwords, full card details or a recovery ticket to another player.
If the provider shows a debit but the entitlement remains missing, use the game’s support route and supply those records. If you cannot log in, Can’t get in? → Ask the team provides the public ticket route. Avoid repeatedly paying to repair one unresolved transaction: a second debit can create a second problem.
Refunds and cash-out are different
The Terms describe review of real payments with verifiable non-delivery against transaction records. That is not an automatic refund for spending game units or regretting an optional purchase. The operator’s current conditions and verified records govern the outcome.
Refunding an eligible failed purchase concerns the original real payment. Withdrawing a fictional balance is a different request, and the Terms do not allow it. Read the Game Naira rule before acting on a cash-out promise. For ordinary progress without a top-up, use earning methods.
