Lagos Life’s Needs panel has six recorded labels: Hunger, Energy, Fun, Social, Hygiene and Bladder. Open the profile’s Needs tab to identify the low bar, use an action that addresses that need, then check the same bar again. A full wallet, a meal delivery or an animation does not show that every need has recovered.
Match the need to an action
| Need | Supported recovery route | Check before starting |
|---|---|---|
| Hunger | Available home food action or a meal at Amala Shitta | Ingredients or quoted meal cost; groceries are not already eaten |
| Energy | Bed rest or a nap | A usable bed and any current action restriction |
| Fun | An entertainment action, such as a dance or viewing activity | The card’s actual benefit and any Energy cost |
| Social | A social action with another character/player | Correct target and the action’s stated benefit |
| Hygiene | Shower, bathing equipment or a suitable wash action | Available equipment, power/other requirements and any lock |
| Bladder | Use Toilet | A usable toilet or the allowed cell equivalent |
The official help gives bed, fridge/cooker and shower as home examples. Public action descriptions also distinguish a nap from dancing: dancing can improve Fun while spending Energy. Do not use an entertaining activity as a universal substitute for sleep.
Confirm recovery rather than just an entrance
The full-features recording shows the readable six-bar panel at 5:36. Later, a selected Buka meal produces Eat something goal completion and clears the eating prompt. The PC recording shows an avatar in bed with an active bed task. These establish different parts of recovery; neither source supports a universal “one click fills all bars” claim.
For your own action, allow it to finish and reopen Needs. Check the named value rather than only a mood emoji or a completed tutorial goal. A food goal can have a one-time reward unrelated to how much the meal cost or how many Hunger points it restored.
When an action will not start
Read the reason beside the locked action. Relevant documented checks include the money needed, recipe ingredients, location, available equipment and power. A full action queue can also prevent adding more tasks. Cancel an unwanted queued action deliberately before retrying; repeatedly tapping can make the queue harder to understand.
Detention changes the available actions. The public rules restrict ordinary activities while a Sim is in the cell and provide cell food, rest and toilet actions. Use the detention guide rather than trying to travel to a home appliance. A low bar alone does not identify a network failure; a frozen or empty interface belongs with loading help.
Keep the next activity affordable
Check needs before work or a long trip, and leave money for the next meal and any recovery cost. No universal decay interval, critical threshold or real-minute recovery rate is established here. The game’s current action duration and your before/after panel are the useful measures. Use the food route when Hunger is the immediate problem, and the first-session loop to put recovery alongside earning and rent.
